yes I do have silkies. right now I have a few whites with some pretty good looking top knots.
the quail is doing great

he had a couple days hiding from the girls. a couple days ago he started to do his calls and has come out of hiding.

Oh you still have some left..... You know, idk if our silkie eggs are developing so the fact that you have chickies already sitting there, waiting to be taken home is really quite tempting..... But I can't!
That's great! Are they giving him a hard time at all? He needs a little excitement in his life so if they are, good for him!

Was a fun swap in Tilton today!

Weather was nice and I got a lil burn

Sold my Roo (forgot to take a pic first though

he was a BEAUTY! ) and the black chicks and brought home some of Chick Magnet's white chicks and a funky one! Hubby's happy (we now have white Silkies

) and I'm happy (down to one Roo

)....perfect day! Hope to go again SOON!!

The tail feathers on 'mine' (not any more) just showed up more because of the black tail feathers on a gray Roo I think
