okay you're in luck again! 3 black and one surprise color, a white, just hatched a few hours ago! they're bearded and all have pea combs. the white has yellow legs and the others have slate, almost black ones. i was a little worried about one of the blacks, there was a little blood during her hatch, but she's doing great now! if you want i can hold onto all of them for you until the concord swap

If it ends up pure black or mottled and hopefully a pullet I will take it for sure.

okay, here you go. Janet the blue Cochin is one of your eggs. I love her too..........lol

I love seeing all the pictures. your blue girl is the aunt of the blue frizzle jeepchick posted. I kept a blue frizzle myself. I really love hearing about all the offspring of my chickens. thanks guys.

Thats pretty cool! I have been trying to create the same thing with my BA roo! Right now his girls are all red! The babies are black with red scalloped wing tips and a touch of it under their beaks! It's gorgeous! I am pretty sure I got some lakenvelders in that order and I know I got some campines! They will be his when ready! I think he will make really pretty gold and silver babies with his black! Can't wait!

I don't know. red is the other color I was considering. each year I have given bubba a rainbow flock which includes 4 cochins. he has had blue, black, splash, white.
