CHICKEN SWAPS OF NH SWAP LISTINGS

yesterday would have been perfect if not for the wind. the wind was so strong that I bungied the cages to the table. when we were packing up the wind blew a 3 foot long cage onto the ground.
2 vendors sold out completely. it was a big bunny day. all bunnies sold out half way through the swap.
when we arrived at the swap I noticed a yard sale that was walking distance. I had to go check it out before I set up. I found a couple of good things. one was an antique childs potty chair with an enamel chamber pot. I bought it to use as a planter for my garden. thought it would make a good conversation piece.

Had a decent day Came home from the swap to have my very first Turkey hatch!!!! YAY

congrats. are they your burbons? I came home to a big hatch too.

I have a showgirl on 4 eggs. one chick hatched,1 zipped,1 pipped,1 peeping inside the egg. 4 different breeds. can't wait to go see if they all made it out. not as large as what you guys hatch but just as much fun.

Hope everyone had a great Easter! I sure did! My first 3 Lavender Orpingtons hatched today! Two of my does had kits! One had 6 and the other had 9! I am sooooo excited! I've hatched a few hundred chicks but these were my first bunny babies! What an Easter!

I have some chicks 4-6 weeks, straight run:

Splash cochins
1 Frizzled Splash cochin (almost white)
Splash Marans
BC Marans
1 Brown Leghorn


1 White crested Black Polish pullet that has been picked on (14 weeks)

1 Pair (I think) of buff laced polish (6 weeks)

Beautiful Breed Quality Splash Cochins Rooster 14 months old. If anyone wants to breed cochins I will sell him as a pair or trio to get you started.

Hello fellow New Hamshirites,

I'm looking for a few heritage Barred Plymouth Rocks. 2- one year old hens would be perfect for my needs. If needed I could go way of chicks but prefer full size pullet to first spring birds (year old).

If anyone has good quality heritage birds please contact me. We are located Norhtern NH, Woodsville, but can definitely make it to either the Plymouth Swap, closer, or Walpole Swap this month. Thanks in advance and looking to hear from you.

After 2 yrs working with the NH DEPT OF AGRICULTURE

THE 12 CHICK LAW is being done away with here in NH at swaps & stores
THERE STILL WILL BE A MIN ON CHICKS SHIPPED IN TO THE STATE
it passed the house last month
it passed senete thursday
its on its way to the govener to sign
if that happens it will take efect in about 60 days
