Sorry, I have no experience with incubators or raising chicks in a brooder, just hatches under a broody hen. However, I did just want to say that I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.
 
If you have the other chicks in with her, please put a partition to keep them apart. She is weaker than them and they will walk all over her. Give her a washcloth or small stuffed animal to cuddle with (it she wants). Hatching is quite exhausting, so it's not unusual if she sleeps alot.
