I would if you don't need one.
Yes I've had jerk Cochin males but also Silkie males, D'Uccle males etc.
Idk maybe being small they think they have something to prove but I've had worse luck with bantam roosters then I've ever had with LF roosters.

How are d'Uccles in your experience? I'm from the Netherlands, it's easy to get them here. They look funny, that's a plus.

Thank you, it's sort of automatic for me, I'm afraid. Still in doubt if I want chickens again. Maybe a different breed? Can you recommend any docile, sweet breeds? I know there's plenty of suggestions out there, but not everyone agrees
