Chicken toes lost color -help!

Hi everyone! I am trying to figure out if something is wrong with my 11 week old silver laced polish pullet. Yesterday I noticed her middle toes both have no color - they are white! It's like there is a perfectly straight line right before her toes connect to the rest of her feet where the color in the rest of her foot starts. Today, I noticed a line of black stuff down the sides of her legs...I touched it and it kind of feels like feathers. All of these symptoms are symmetrical on both sides. Is all of this normal? Weird? Something I should be concerned with? I have another silver laced pullet and 3 silver laced Roos that I got all at the same time and none of them have this going on. Please help!

I don't know the answer to your questions but feel her toes that are white and see if they are cold if they are cold maybe she is having circulation problems.
