I would give 1 foot length of roost per bird at the height of the highest roost so if they all want to be at the height of the highest roost they can without cramping each other. This should be higher than the nest boxes and in a covered portion of your tractor (so they have a bit of roof over them, without seeing your design it's hard to say exactly where).

If you put the roost bar above the nest box you can save space.

I don't think I will need a vehicle to move it for the size I'm moving, but I guess if it came down to it, we could use the ATV to do the job.

They can get pretty heavy, pretty fast.
Use large(at least 10") pneumatic tires....
....what rolls nicely on the driveway is another story out in the pasture.
