Chicken Tractor Question

I want to build a tractor similar to this one:

I can't allow my 8 girls to free range due to the hawks and eagles in my area, but I love the idea of a tractor to allow them out on the grass for a few hours. Do I need to provide nesting boxes in the tractor if they will only be in it for a few hours at a time? Thanks!

it depends when they'll be inside it.

Normally my hens have finished laying by mid afternoon. So if they'll be inside in the afternoons you probably won't need a nest box.

By the way, that's a cool tractor.
