On another thread this morning a member suggested using a small chicken tractor to give my confined-to-the-run ladies a little more foraging time. See, I live in an area plagued with hawks and owls so I have to keep them in their coop/run at all times.
Problem is I'm 70 years old and can't handle something large...just big enough so I could load them into the tractor from the run and move them to a different spot in the yard every so often to give them a change of pace.
Anyone have ideas for me????
