Chicken tractors and roosters

Thank you for your replies, I move them daily. Unfortunately it's not cold enough yet so no one is about to lose their head anytime soon. They do have a roosting bar, that apparently the ones that are pecked the most, go there to find peace, overall they fight but not too much. the other tractor that has the girls and 2 roosters, they never, never fight, one of the two roosters has weird feet and does not run too fast, but the other one doesn't harm him, probably in there, they settled the pecking order
 
They are packed too tight. I can keep them even tighter, but must release them for most of day to forage free-range. Then emphasis is on making so they have enough roost space.. Typically, for my dual purpose breed, males do not engage in real fighting until more than 24 months. Fighting prior to that is a confinement issue.
