I did pray while mom was having her 5 eyes tests done = 3 hours.
I pray while waiting for mom, I pray whenever there was a moment of quiet. Oh....how I just not like hospital at all. Anyhow, must come back in 6 months to test again, for now eyes drop.

We saw this man looking in bad health, so bad, he sat in a wheel chair at the front of the hospital & smoke....mom says oh...why. it is not good for him, I say why not? He might be thinking..this is it, why bother anymore? ....we don't know why he smokes when he is looking so ill. Now I am trying to forget the hospital.

I am not a fan of hospitals either...
but off I go to take DAF on a doc appt.
It got cold last night, and breezy. It is 10F
and I am sure minus wind chills out there.

Coffee is ready and it is hot weather. Insomnia again,what can one do waking up so early? I can not make too much noises that wake my family. The sound of the keyboard clicking is loud enough

@Mtn Margie still - wind chill over there although the cold season is coming to an end soon, like over here sudden heat onslaught still here and there.

ABC AND SBS are our national broadcasters. SBS is mainly news/movies/documentaries internationally. ABC is mainly Australia, with also international contents, but not as much as SBS.

Hey good morning come and gone here afternoon Cafe.
Had a scammer call this morning said from our mortgage company.
Said we owed 16 hundred to them needed to give it to him.
He got a tirade from me then I hung up.
Did not even know who held our mortgage.

On the news it says the big scam operation in Lao was found and dismantled, hopefully there is less now...HOPEFULLY!..it has got to be less now.

Still really cold here with flurries. DH is working on the fire in the woodstove.
We lost power for a few hours last night. No wind to blame so not sure why. Today will be one of those rest up and get some house chores done kind of days.
I think baking bread should be on that list!
