Chicken trading chain swap ???

I know this is a little far fetched but some on here have a egg trading chain swap why can't we do this with live birds as well??
 
For one thing, when shipping eggs and they are crushed or broken in transit, that are typically easy to replace, but a live bird in the other hand is not. Second, most people can not afford the shipping costs.
