Chicken Training (operant conditioning)

I have lots of experience with training dogs and the different techniques used. I was searching for info on operant conditioning and found this awesome diary of a day with Bob and Marian Bailey. They teach people how to use operant conditioning to train animals using chickens during their seminars, even though most people will be working with dogs in the end. There are youtube videos of that as well. Seems chickens can recognize colors and even count!
