Chicken Training Tips anyone?

I have one barred rock cockerel.. he's as dumb as a brick... and an evil little bugger.. he's going to freezer camp when he grows up! (he was in a shipment of assorted heavy roos)

My almost 2 week old chicks come running when I say, "Chickies! Chickies!"

Of course my 3 day old chicks don't do that yet but one or two of them are already picking up on it and will come running but I don't think they really understand WHY they are running. I think they're just following the older chicks.
