Hi everyone, today i was spending time with my chickens then i noticed my 21 week old pullet was doing some strange things. She was pacing back and forward, back and foward trying to get over the fence. So i put her over. Then she raced to a little coop where my baby chicls were. So trusting her, I let her in. Then she just raced to the black box where they sleep in, then went behind in and then she just paced back and foward, moving in circles around the box. Is this normal?, I have a black hen that does that, exept while she does it she makes a really loud noise. Anyways, thanks for your help.

Oh
Has she gotten in there before? Maybe she has a nest?

I found her in the nesr box with my other chickem if that hepls. She hasn't ever layed before. Its weird that she (My little bantam pullet) is in the same nest as my big leghorn orpington mix ( the supreme leader)

Thats what i figured, Then she left and just stood incredibly still staring at the nest box with the other chicken, And never laid an egg. :(
Just give her some time. An egg will pop up at some point. What color is her comb? Pink or bright red?

Its red, She has also started squating when i go to chase her, making it easier to catch her. But she is incredibly tame despite being taken from the wild when she was a chick. I can literally just walk up to her and pick her up, and she dosen't try to run she just moves a step foward lol.
