Chicken unbalanced falling to left

Hi I have a chicken who is falling to the left can’t hold herself up. She’s bright and eating drinking and still laying. I have her confined indoors as the others were attacking her. What could be wrong with her? Her ears are clear. Any advice would be appreciated

What exactly have you been feeding her?
Have you brought any new to you birds home in the last few months?

You could always try giving her some B complex and possible vitamin E. Sometimes they need a little extra.
