Chicken vent prominent?

I recently was given several older chickens. One of them has a prominent vent. I am wondering if this is a normal, and what needs to be done. I plan to butcher and can them.

Looks like potentially feather picking. I would spray her bottom with bluekote to hide the skin and hopefully her feathers will come back in. Reapply the bluekote as necessary.

Thank you. I will get some bluekote in the morning. Is that something I can get at Tractor Supply or a feed store? Thanks.

I believe tractor supply carries it. It's a wound spray.
