ok I noticed my hen had her vent scabbed and some blood and poopy but and some eggs are bloody what should I do it is a road island red just turned 1 yr old

A photo of this injury would be helpful to show us the degree of seriousness and stage of healing. It can also tell us if it's infected and in need of an oral antibiotic.

Generally, you will need to clean and debride the wound. That means washing it and removing any dead or black tissue. Then keep the healing tissue moist by applying an antibiotic wound ointment such as Neosporin. Do not let the wound dry out.
