Chicken Very Sick! HELP!!

Her vent is moist and a light light pink color. She has some green and white feces around it. I also noticed the tips of her comb are starting to look a dark red/purple color. I'm not sure what this means. And I'm trying to google stuff on fever.

It could be lack of oxygen. Extremeties are often effected this way.

Is there any rattling or wheezing in her chest?

Paralysis in her limbs?

I dont know if it could be this, I think blackhead takes much longer to set in whereas your hen has gone downhill so fast. And its more common in turkeys as well

Well, this morning I could hear Tiana breathing really loud and her mouth was gaping. But now it seems like her breathing has eased and her mouth is closed. I don't know if this is a good or a bad sign. There is no paralysis in her limbs. I hadn't put the fan in their dog carrier last night, where I sprayed the Poultry Protector for the mites, so I'm wondering if the air couldn't get circulated very well. However, Doris is fine and Tiana is in critical condition even though they share the same coop/carrier.

I don't know if it's Blackhead Disease. She doesn't have yellowe diahrrea and it sounds like her symptoms are a lot worse than in Blackhead Disease. I'm looking through illnesses in chickens now so I'll let you know if I find anything.

Yeah i wasnt sure of that myself either, it seemed your bird was much faster in her decline anyhow.

How strong of a wormer did you use on her? Sometimes if using a wormer too strongly can cause all the worms to die and that can hurt the bird. I think i read you said wazine though, and thats pretty gentle...

still searching.

Well, the thing is, I didn't have a chance to give it to her, (I guess I should have mentioned that.) It said on the bottle to give it to her in the morning, that is why I held her water overnight so she would want to drink it in the morning. But I didn't have the chance because when I opened the cage door, Doris flew out but Tiana was laying on the floor and sweating.

Check your feed. See if you find any mold in it.

As I said, it sounds like some sort of infection or poisoning even. Botulism or perhaps she ingested some of the soap accidentally. Its hard to say. I really hope it works out for you!
