Chicken very sick

Hi - I posted recently about a chicken who has been bullied and we isolated her a little over a week ago. She started laying down more often and tonight when I went to bring her outside she just laid there. I thought she had died but appears to be barely alive. As of yesterday she was eating blueberries out of our hands and tonight not interested in anything, didn't even touch watermelon which she loves. Noticed her mouth open as well. Do these symptoms sound familiar? We were going to re home the 3 she was living with but now not sure if she has communicable disease.

hmm can you send a picture and a little more info nothing comes to mind but I am not an expert.
