That is a lash egg which means she has salpingitis.... an infection of the oviduct. Unfortunately the chances are that there will be more of those inside her and others continuing to form. If you catch it early enough, it may respond to antibiotics but usually it is too far gone by the time it is identified. I cannot advise on which antibiotics are appropriate but hopefully someone else will know.
