Chicken walking oddly

Its not a sudden issue, she has always had it (whatever it is), but today it got bad. Thank you for responding and sorry about your hen!
How's her pelvis? If she's always had this issue it could be a bone deformity.

Might sound odd but has she ever had heatstroke? Heatstroke literally cooks the brain and neurons in the cerebellum are the first to die off, any organism that survives heat stroke will be left with strange walking movement because the nerves in their cerebellum are impaired. This could also be a neurological condition or a chemical imbalance, or her brain could be wired wrongly (as in neurons fire to places they should not be firing too) Hope this helps!
