No she has never had heatstroke.Might sound odd but has she ever had heatstroke? Heatstroke literally cooks the brain and neurons in the cerebellum are the first to die off, any organism that survives heat stroke will be left with strange walking movement because the nerves in their cerebellum are impaired. This could also be a neurological condition or a chemical imbalance, or her brain could be wired wrongly (as in neurons fire to places they should not be firing too) Hope this helps!
