Chicken wattle and comb faded and staying away from flock

Hi I'm fairly new to chicken keeping. I have 5 chickens they are about 3 months old. Over the last 2 days I've noticed one of them is staying away from the others and on closer observation I noticed it's wattle and comb are not as bright as her sister's. I believe she is a silverlace cochin? any insight will be helpful, i think i''ll be taking her to the vet tomorrow.
