Chicken will not go into the hen house to sleep

I don't like to disagree but the fact is that here in England, where urban foxes are a problem, the only survivor of four was Louise - who is adept at flying up high into a tree. Unfortunately she's taught her replacement friends, Sweet and Sour, to do the same and now the hen house is only being used for its nest boxes.
I'll try the bait and lure method outlined above but meanwhile, like Chickenduse, I'd prefer my pets to be happy 'living dangerously' than be miserably penned in for longer lives.
