chicken will not lay

I have 14 7 month old pullets that have not started laying yet. They are big enough and supposed to be old enough. Why aren't they laying? My two roosters the same age haven't even tried to start crowing yet also. How do I get my birds to last and Crow? Thank you.

What breed(s) are your birds? What are their ages in weeks rather than months (there can be a considerable number of weeks +/- in what one considers to be 7 months)? What are you currently feeding your birds? Are your birds free ranged or enclosed and, if enclosed, what is the total amount of space the birds are in? Can you take and post photos showing the birds in their current condition?

Do your birds free range? They may be laying eggs in out of the way places, that you haven't noticed. Predators may be stealing them. Is there a chance they are younger birds than what you were told?
