I am thinking the same. She looks good I don’t think it’s coccidia she is a pig of a chicken loves grubs. I have one chicken who is Laing so I put out oyster shells wondering if that may have caused it

No the OS would have nothing to do with it. New layers sometimes get blood on the egg, burst vessel on the way out. Are you sure it was blood and not just a "RED" vent?

Could have been there was no drops just very red it looked like she was prolapsing

Her vent looks good, just noticing to the lower left, like she's got a hemorrhoid .... @Wyorp Rock

@ChickNanny13 I "think" it's just the way the photo is taken/holding the fluff back so we can see, but it would be worth keeping an eye on the vent to see if anything develops like a papilloma.
