Chicken with a cough??

I have recently bought 4 hens and I've had them for just over a week! One of the hens has started to sneeze and has, what looks like, discharge coming from her eyes and/or nose:/ is this common in newly bought hens and is it anything serious? Thanks!

And then you should wipe her nose off if there is an dried up discharge.
