Chicken with angle wing like feathers on neck?

So one of my rir had turned up feathers on her neck looks like angle wing but on her neck.

I feed dry or fermented flcok raiser and they get let out to graze for 30 mins roughly daily.

What is this?

She has no other symptoms just these feathers she has some pin feathers on the back of her neck but none on the sides. I think she just grew those in.

Looks like just funky feathers. Should be no big deal.

Could be out of place from scratching, maybe.

Either way, It isn't angel wing the same as some ducks can get. I have been feeding FR for years on end. It seems to work well.

I knew it wasent angle wing I just used that so y'all would understand what they looked similar too.

I figured they were just funky feathers just needed other opinions to be sure
