Chicken with Bare Butt and Bloody Eggs - Help Please

I've noticed that one of my hens (of 6, no rooster) has a bare area on her butt. I thought it was typical feather loss, but now I'm not so sure. It's been a few weeks and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Over the past few days, I have also noticed blood on her eggs. It's possible that they are not hers, but I figured it's probably more likely that they are. I don't ever see her being picked on...it's a pretty peaceful flock. And she's not that low on the pecking order.

Any idea what's going on here?

Gather her up and take a better look at the vent. Looks like it's got an injury/scabbing that needs tending.
The others are probably picking at that.

Yes, if there's injury, triple antibiotic ointment would be fine.
