Chicken with bloated stomach, sits like a penguin

She has now had 2 warm baths, I've given her the vitamins, some plain yogurt and some electrolytes. My hubby just came home and we gave her some water with the eye dropper.
I was able twice today with her pushing and me assisting to get some clumps out of her - along with the lumps came yellow, runny, smelly stuff. I've added a couple photos of what came out of her. The biggest one is so hard. Is this egg shell or poop? Up until yesterday she was having regular poops, now nothing.
I will try to aspirin and the calcium now.

Thank you everyone for your help with my girl.

Well, I don't know how to attach pics.

I'm not sure where I would get the antibiotics.
My son had to take some liquid amoxicillin today before going to the dentist. Can I give my chicken some of that? Does a farm supply store carry the antibiotics or do I get it from the vet?

I just downstairs to give our girl some aspirin and calcium, but sadly she has gone. Needless to say the boys are upset and so is the hubby.
I think we were just too late in helping her. Had we been home when the symptoms first started we probably could have saved her. Our neighbour said she was sitting penguin like the day after we left for vacation - by the time we got home a week later and diagnosed her problem it was too late to bring her back.

Thank you everyone for your help, I really do appreciate it.

ONe guy thought it was cool cuz it looked like an eagle sitting like that. My son wanted it cuz it was a freak.. Well then one of the judges came by and I asked him to look at the chicken.. He said Oh boy! that chickens gonna blow out is gutts , it has Mareks... So he went to get the show super and next thing I know the chicken was removed from the building. this bird could get around.. but it was WRONG..

I'm sorry about your bird...
