Chicken with bloody beak, help!

This morning I woke up and my hen Leia had blood on the tip of her beak. It looked like she chipped the tip of it, should I take her to the vet?

It looks minor, I would not take her to the vet. As long as the bleeding has stopped it should be OK and will eventually grow back out and look normal again. It may be sore and tender for a couple of days, make sure she's eating and drinking. Mixing her feed with some water to make a mash will help her eat if it's tender and sore., she won't like picking things up off the ground. Once it hardens up it will not hurt anymore. Injuries like this sometimes happen if they get caught on a feeder or on wire if they are trying to get to something on the other side.
