Chicken with breathing issue

Hello everyone. I am new here. This is my first post.
I have noticed that one of my Old English blues is having a breathing problem. She opens her mouth to breath in but breathes out normally. This does not seem to affect her eating any. Can some of yall provide to me some guidance on how to help her get better. thanks.

Definitely look at the possibility of worms. I agree with Jay.

There is also the possibility that it is a respiratory disease, but gapeworm should be ruled out for sure. Do a search on BYC for gapeworm too- it can be useful, if you wish.

I'm sorry I don't have experience with sick chickens, but wonder whether it might be good to isolate the sick one until you know what the problem is. I hope she feels better soon.
