She's had a cold for a few days, but just today I noticed that she had these wart's/scabs all over her comb, on her wattle, and one on her earlobe! I'll try to post a picture in a minuite. Could this be something like fowl pox? She also seems to have a cold on top of it- are these part of the same disease or could she have fowl pox and a cold! I gave her Tylan 50 today (for the cold), and will continue to do so through the week, so hopefully that will clear up the cold but I'm not so sure about the scab things. And no, they're not from her being picked on- she's at the top of the pecking order, and I've never seen anybody peck her. She is not laying eggs, and has not been laying them all week. Oh, and she's a White Leghorn hen if it matters- in her first year of laying.
What else should I be doing? Does anybody know what this may be?
Thank you!
P.S I have seperated her from the rest of the flock already.
