she has a rosecomb I looked up rose comb breeds but I guess that can be bred into other breeds than the black rosecomb banty just having fun learning about the different breeds ive always had a few chickens but now retired and had my first hatch what a fun time
Big clue is the fact she has babies. Possibly her nest location was arranged in a way it messed up her tail feathers. That happens not uncommonly.
It's damage and she would molt out completely normal.
She looks to be either a cull from a buff lace wyandotte project or is a buff laced wyandotte cross or even a gold laced crossed with something that has dominant white. It being a cross could explain why her rose comb is not so perfect for a wyandotte.
I've seen this pick before.... I think shes definitely half blue laced red wyandotte. since shes broody she may just be puffing her self up to show off.
