Chicken with Facial injury ?

Wiping food off her face without my glasses on (turned out to be an injury?) and noticed a small amount of pink (blood) on tissue. Ive dabbed with saline rinse and applied neosporin. There are no roosters involved and no one has similar. Should I be concerned that it is something more then a scratch? Seems suspect. The third pic is after treatment.
These are my first chickens, two y/o hens, all silkies. her behavior is normal, crop/poop too.
