Chicken with feather loss

I'm wondering if anyone can just guide me with my feather loss. I have 4 girls but all different breeds. Only one has feather loss and I thought it was moulting but it has been going on over 12 weeks now I just don't believe it is.

She is the biggest hen so no bullying and eating, drinking fine.

some molts can last 12 weeks! make sure you are giving her enough protein to grow the feathers back, but other than that im not sure

Thank you for answering, do you believe it is molting? Great tip on the protein I have been upping her diet. Egg production seems normal aswell.

That doesn't look like a typical molt - no pin feathers, and the location and amount of "baldness" isn't typical. How old is she? Have you checked for parasites? Is the head the only area she's missing feathers?
