I tried to give her the oatmeal, tums/oil, didn't have to much success there but maybe a couple of pieces.

Wow, I wish I knew...my advice...take her to an avian vet. It sure looks painfull!

To recap:
(correct anything I may have misunderstood or has changed)
1) she is unable to walk at all
2)the swelling is still unchanged in size from a few days ago (question> does the swollen area feel hard or or is it "squishy" and has it ever changed on this point?)

question> when was the last time this bird layed and is she normally a regular layer?

It looks to me, and I'm no expert, but it looks like she might have become an internal layer...and/or she's eggbound.
The eggbound might cause her not to be able to walk. It's like when we have sciatica...the nerve gets pressed on.
I recommend the warm baths. Those helped my Obelisk when she was egg bound.
I would also say to take her to the vet. Because if she keeps laying internally all those egg parts can give her an infection called egg yolk peritonitis. And then you might lose her...
I'll keep my fingers crossed for her.

I do not see how she could have lived this long with a bound egg without it breaking (and then they would have noticed the gunk coming out of vent I presume and reported this) unless she only lays on occasion and so there is no other eggs backing up behind that one ...

The area isn't hard it's soft feeling, She's not a big egg layer it has dropped off over the last year. I'd say the last egg layed (keep in mind she has a sister same age) was probably late July. As for food she has her lay mash (although I don't think she's eating much). I had her in a crate for 2 weeks tomorrow. Outside of me forcing water on her I can't say that she drinks a whole lot. She doesn't walk, her feet are out in front of her. She attempts to stand but her balance is way off. She flapps her wings and talks to me on occassion. Most of the time when I have her out giving her the warm bath, cleaning her crate, visiting ect...I'll stablize her by putting my legs or arms on either side of her so that she doesn't fall over or backwards. Her eyes are still bright and she grooms herself. As for a Vet we just don't have any around that would see her. I did inquire with my regular Vet (for my dogs) and she didn't have a clue or a recommendation either. I've checked with neighbors, nothing there either.

first off (irregardless of what is wrong with her) you need to attend to her nutrition to avoid the deficiencies that can only break down her immune system and bring on secondary complications/infections...
have you tried mixing a bit of cooked (in water and cooled off) oatmeal... this will sometimes tempt them to eat... offer live culture yogurt and most importantly a good supplement such as aviacharge 2000 (order online from McMurry or Strombergs> this is good thing to have on hand for your entire flock) and mix that into her feed (1/8th a tsp)
Did you read that thread? She may indeed have become an internal layer with pressure on that one nerve but I will look through my articles to see if I have missed something. Keep encouraging her to drink being very careful that she swallows the liquid herself to avoid aspiration.

I gave her some yogurt and she seem to really like it.

She ate about 1/2 to 3/4 of a teaspoon. Had some water and talked a bit. I'll keep trying the yogurt.
