Chicken with lice

Will lice cause the hunching and sleepiness? My hen is doing the same thing and she has lice. She has good color and is healthy physically.

The lice can cause anemia and that can cause sleepiness. She could only look healthy! Examine her after she goes to roost at night, with a bright flashlight around the vent!
