Chicken with maggots in the vent

I have a check in who is sitting on the ground outside and her run. Comb is very dark and she is not moving. Still breathing in eyes open. Her backside is full of poop and I see maggots is there anything I can do

You're going to want to click on the link I provided. She gives very detailed info on how to treat this.

You'll want to give her a butt bath, in warm water (with some epsom salt if you have it), submerging the effected area. Wear rubber gloves and remove the maggots. The wound needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

I gave her two warm bath with Epson salt but there are still some maggots left. I can’t clean them out with my hand how should I get them out

Sorry about your hen. You can try to save her. Flystrike can kill chickens. It occurs with wounds, poop soiling the feathers and skins, and when chickens are disabled and lie in the dirt. Flies in warm weather are attracted to poop and wounds. Your hen may have some issue that has caused her to have droppings coating her feathers, or she may have been pecked or wounded. Hens with chronic reproductive disorders, ascites (water belly,) or other problems may be more prone to flystrike.

Soaks should be repeated several times to day and perhaps even tomorrow to get the maggots that hatch out. They can enter the body in the vent or wounds as well. Using a magnifier can help you see each one. No need to use Epson salts each time. A small spoonful of Dawn or table salt (2 tsp for each quart of water makes normal saline which does not burn,) to the warm water can be just as good.
