Chicken with neck problem

Okay, I picked up some Spring Valley Sublingual liquid B complex w/B12.
And I also picked up the Nature Made Natural Vitamin E 400 I.U.

Before I did though I gave her a whole vitamin E d-alpha 670 mg UI once a day (I've done this three times already). And so far nothing has changed, in fact the head shaking is just getting worse :( She is still eating normally (which is quite a bit :p) but she can't drink any water on her own. So I've been dipping pieces of bread in water but she won't eat the bread. She is extremely picky, so the only time she gets any water is when I mix some oats with water and she'll drink the water from that.

I swear, Bibby is my pickiest and the most spoiled chicken I've ever kept  Yesterday I fried her an egg, and I forgot that she doesn't like butter with her eggs (you see what I've become for her?? :lau) she took one bite, gave me the "look" and walked away, and wouldn't take any kind of egg (fried or scrambled). So finally I just mixed some vitamin E with some oats and she ate every bit of it.

I really hope her head shaking improves once I give her some vitamin B :hmm

I think she is flat out spoiled!:)

I would give her 1 Vitamin E daily along with 1/4 ml of vitamin B-Complex (does the liquid contain B1 Thiamine?)

Giving her wet feed may help with the fluids, try that. You can also try holding her neck as shown in the video below so she can drink.

Oh, my bad again! So very sorry, but the product I recommended does *not* contain thiamine. :hide

@RodNTN, my apologies. :hide I should have checked.
