Chicken with possible respiratory infection? (Breathing issues and lethargic)

While waiting for a proper diagnosis, do you guys think I should try giving her an Epson salt bath? Or do you guys think that's a bad idea? I don't know what is ailing her but I want to do everything I can before I get that answer
I don't think it would hurt because it would at least clean her and relax her.

Sorry, I saw the duck in the video and assumed it was a duck. She probably has a respiratory disease, which could be mycoplasma (MG.) Get her vent area cleaned up and note if the runny white looks like egg material or white urates. I would keep any mucus cleaned off her nostrils, and rinse her eye with saline or a wet washcloth. Look for bipubbles or foam when you open her eye. Then put plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment into her eye twice a day. It may take most of the week to get an antibiotic Tylosin, but I would order some from Jedds, and start treatment in her water 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. That can treat MG. Have you added any new birds to your flock in the last month?

She opened her eye eventually, she just keeps closing it. When she opened it though it looked fine. Also no I have not added any new birds to the flock besides 2 months ago having my hen hatch out a few chicks.

Just got her cleaned up and got most of the poop off of her, then I blow dried her for a bit until she decided she wanted to sit down after pooping a little, most of it was just runny and white. She isn't wanting to open her eyes anymore though and is just laying down, anything I can do for her in this state? It honestly isn't looking good for her.. her breathing is also still labored.

Just made some weird noises before tucking her head into her wing, do you guys think she will survive? I honestly don't think she will but here's hoping that she does. It pains me to see her in this state.. she isn't reacting to me at all.

Her eye did look swollen, which can also be a symptoms of MG. The duck was pecking at her a lot in the video, so the feather loss on the neck and face, and the swollen eye could be due to that too. I would make sure that she is getting enough to eat and drink, and it might help to separate the duck or her. Use the ointment in her eye twice a day. Consider using the Tylosin, or get some Denagard. Her droppings could be consistant with a reproductive disorder. Does she have any enlargement or swelling of her lower belly between the legs? They tend to tuck their heads under a wing when they feel bad. I would offer fluids first thing in the morning, and try a little soft cooked egg. Let us know how she is doing in the morning.

She's separated at the moment and I'll put her in the other coop so the other birds can't get to her. I'll definitely offer her some food and water later. When I was holding her I didn't feel any enlargement or swelling too my knowledge but I could also check again later, I want to give her a little rest for now though. I'll offer some egg in the morning if she is still alive, hopefully she makes it to the morning. I'll update with any changes in her or if she passed away.

when she would eat or drink most of the time she would then start honking and looking like she was choking and breathing weirdly. And this morning at 8:20 she was still laying down with her eyes half closed, looking at me some but then closing her eyes again. I have also just noticed that her nose seems to be runny and that she's lost a bit of weight.

I see her gasping after she's drank water, do look inside her beak for any lesions or canker. Tell us what her crop feels like and when she laid her last egg. While you are looking her over, check for lice or mites.

No, I wouldn't give her an epsom salts bath, she's too lethargic.
You can use a spray bottle with soapy water or diluted chlorhexidine to help spray off her backside to remove some of the poop. Dry her well.
