About a week ago i posted a thread about my leghorns foot that was so swollen i thought it would almost pop. Someone replied to my thread and said she had bumblefoot, so i removed it. But now it still isn't better i now think the infection is spreading. She is hot all over and this morning i came in and she was still on the roosting bars although she is most of the time still walking around but she is laying down as well. Was i too late? Is there anything i can do? Are there antibiotics i can use?

I put tee tree and blue spray. here are the pictures:
she is in the middle of molting and as i was taking pictures i noticed that weird air bubble thing just below her neck. Any idea what it is?

Top of foot also has infection. If you have vet care, that would be good.
Otherwise, you may need to lance and remove the infection.

Bubble on the neck looks like air, could be from a ruptured air sac. Does she have any trouble breathing at all? If not, then I would monitor that for a day and see if it resolves on it's own.
