Chicken with red eyes! I need help fast!

Hi everyone, I am very new to Backyard Chickens. I need help very fast, my chicken has red eyes, when she normally has yellow to white eyes. She was being pecked on a little by the other chickens, so we moved her. She is not drinking or eating, she is also puffed up and does not move much. What does she have? And how to you treat it?
