Chicken with sac, is it organs? Help identifying.

We have struggled the entire time with the humidity. I didn’t love our incubator, if we do it again we plan to get a different one.
Incubators..almost all..can work IF you buy separate thermometers to calibrate and a humidity gauge to salt test to use in it.

If you know your instruments are reading correctly you can completely ignore the reading on the incubator and adjust the temperature and humidity according to your tested instruments.

Oh! We just followed the instructions that came with the incubator for the last three days. What is typically recommended?
It depends. If you don't have a salt tested humidity gauge you can't be sure the Bator was reading correctly to begin with.

I'm sounding like a broken record on purpose. Incubators are notorious for reading way off on both temperature and humidity.

I incubate eggs at my house around 25 to 30% for then only raise it to about 50 once I start seeing external pips.
