Chicken with serious MG, please help!

Recently took home a chicken from a friend's farm because it had swollen eyes, couldn't see and just standing doing nothing.

The story is that a rooster pecked the eye previously and the chickens eye became very swollen, she couldn't see out of it, but now she has gotten MG, weak and unstable, both eyes swollen and full of pus, and have a foul odor. It's been 3 weeks since the first eye became swollen.

Took her home, she refused to eat or drink on her own. Had to force feed some grower mash but she drank some electrolytes voluntarily. Flushed the eye with saline and applied Terramycin three times a day. I have Tylosin Tartrate so she's been drinking a lot of the medicated water.

2 days later, she's still weak and just stands up, turns around sometimes. She responds more to sound, and squawks when we wrap her in the towel. She opens her eye to try to look at me but I think she can barely see.

Atm she's being force fed/given medicated water every 2 hours, with saline flush and terramycin 3 times a day. Should I attempt to remove the pus pockets from her eyes? They seems loosely connected.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks. I really hope she can make it.

Do you have photos?

Generally yes, pus in the eyes needs to be pushed/pressed out in order for the eyes to heal up. Once the pus is out, continue with the saline rinse and Terramycin in the eye until it heals.

You have MG in your flock correct?

With a bad odor, I wonder if the new bird has Infectious Coryza instead of MG or it's possible to have both. Do you have a Sulfa Antibiotic available to you in Malaysia?
