Chicken with sour crop and beak fluid- treatment needed

Hi,
So one of my hens has been acting sick the last few days and I picked her up this morning and felt a squishy crop and smelly, dark brown fluid was coming out of her beak. I’ve isolated her with water and grit but I need advice on how to safely get the overflow fluid out of her crop without her aspirating and how to treat the infection that’s causing her sour crop.
