Chicken with swollen bottom

I am new to chicken keeping. I have a hen(maybe a rooster) who is 4 weeks old and has a very swollen bottom. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any advice? Anything would be helpful! Thank you!

Yes she/he has been eating and drinking fine. The poop looks normal.

Maybe try soaking his bottom half in warm epsom salt water for a little while. Maybe @Eggcessive or @Sussex19 can help.

To me though, it looks more like it's just around his butt and a little more poked out rather than round. I would just think that it would be rounder and a little more all over rather than just at his butt?

I have cornish crosses and yes, some of them have that kind of thing. If you pick him up does he feel fat-ish an rather meaty?
Where did you get him from?

I have them. Some of them have "swollen" butts like that. That's just because they are so meaty.
