Chicken with torn up feathers

Is there anything I can do to help these feathers grow back correctly?

I think she went through molting and some other hens were pecking at her.

They should fill in without help, they do sale a feed to help with feather growth if you wanted to do that.

Did you check for mites? I think there is a feather eating mite.

Once the feathers are grown in, no feed will make them better.
Unless you want to pluck the 'bad' feathers, then a new one will grow in.

I really don't see much wrong there.
Do you have a male?
How old is she, in months?
When did she molt?
