Chicken with two different colored eyes... normal?

I have the same problem. One blue and one green. I either wear a colored contact to mask it or sunglasses. When people see it they stare or either start asking questions. I have had horses and dogs with same thing but one blue and one is brown.

Good information, but I do have one addition. Marek's in not actually always fatal, it just has a high fatality rate. Birds can and do recover, but they never actually stop carrying it. That is what makes the disease so hard to control. You can have a recovered bird who looks perfectly healthy be put into a non-infected flock and end up losing most of your flock.

In the end, vaccination is your best bet.
